Stefanie Haering, RA, LEED Green Associate

Stefanie brings an international perspective and a passion for sustainable design to every project she leads. Originally from Germany, she earned her architecture degree from the University of Stuttgart before building a diverse career spanning Europe and the United States. Her experience includes hospitality, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, with projects in Germany, Switzerland, and throughout Southern California.

 

Before joining Arclogica, Stefanie owned and operated SH Design Studio and held project management roles with several respected architectural firms, where she successfully guided complex projects from design through construction. She is known for her thoughtful leadership, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects moving while balancing design, technical coordination, and client goals.

 

Stefanie believes architecture should create spaces that are welcoming, functional, and environmentally responsible. Her passion for sustainable design influences both her professional work and everyday life, always looking for practical ways to reduce environmental impact without compromising great design.

 

Outside the office, Stefanie enjoys hiking, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. She is also continuously improving her all-electric home, combining new technologies and sustainable living practices into an ongoing passion project.
