Laguna Niguel City Hall

Laguna Niguel’s ‘new’ city hall is quite the upgrade from the previous city hall that was rented office space. This 40,800 square foot building holds the city’s Community Development services, City Council chambers, Police Headquarters, a large outdoor amphitheater space, and a large community room that doubles as the city’s emergency operations center. Warm tones, wood beams, rounded arches, and a clock tower similar to a bell tower pull together a modern mission style look. The entire building is designed with a higher than required factor of safety, and is capable of withstanding a large 8.0 earthquake.

NOTE: This project was completed by one of our employees while at a previous firm. It is included here to show the experience of our team.
