Lindsey Engels, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Lindsey founded Arclogica in 2017 with the vision of creating an architecture firm where innovative design, sustainability, and genuine relationships are equally valued. A licensed architect in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Florida, and Hawaii, she brings more than 25 years of experience leading civic, commercial, industrial, multifamily, and workplace projects from early feasibility through construction.

 

Throughout her career, Lindsey has been passionate about mentoring the next generation of architects. She served as an adjunct faculty member in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at California State University, Fullerton for six years and has taught and mentored more than a thousand students. She has also held leadership positions with the U.S. Green Building Council, advocating for sustainable design, green schools, and affordable housing.

 

Lindsey believes great architecture comes from curiosity, collaboration, and never settling for "good enough." She enjoys helping clients solve complex problems while fostering a workplace where people are encouraged to grow, innovate, and genuinely enjoy what they do.

 

Outside the office, Lindsey can usually be found exploring somewhere new. Whether she's hiking, biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, or traveling to a remote corner of the world, she's happiest when she's outdoors and temporarily out of cell service.
