Melanie Little is an Operations & Contracts Manager with extensive experience supporting architectural and construction teams through contract administration, proposals, and internal operations. She plays a key role in maintaining organized, compliant, and efficient project documentation across a wide variety of civic, commercial, and residential projects.

In her role, Melanie manages consultant agreements, client contracts, RFP/RFQ submissions, billing support, reporting, and internal operational workflows. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating systems that improve efficiency while reducing risk for both clients and project teams.

As the mother of three children, including two teenagers, Melanie has developed exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation skills. Managing a busy household has only strengthened her ability to balance competing priorities, solve problems creatively, and keep everyone moving toward the same goal, qualities that translate naturally into her role at Arclogica.
