The owners of this Southern California residence received a red-tag from their city of jurisdiction noting that an existing addition —constructed prior to their ownership of the property— was illegal. Arclogica provided full design services to reconstruct the space with proper permitting, and incorporate the reconstruction seamlessly into the rest of the property.
