South Main Veteran Housing

This five-unit, multi-family, affordable housing project will be housing U.S. veterans. The building was originally built in 1912 and needed a complete interior demo and rebuild, along with exterior refinishing to bring the building up to today’s code regulations and comfort expectations. Interior non-load bearing walls were removed and added, insulation was added throughout, all new plumbing and electrical were installed, and fresh finishes wrapped up the project nicely. All units are one- or two-bedroom.
