Extra Space Santa Clarita

This approximately 150,000-square-foot, three-story self-storage facility is prominently located along Valley Center Drive in Santa Clarita, California. The site’s unique configuration, with the roadway curving around the property, creates street frontage on all but one side of the building and gives the project a highly visible presence within the surrounding community.

The fully sprinklered, Type II-B building provides approximately 107,244 square feet of net rentable storage area. James Goodman Architecture served as the architectural designer and lead architect for the project, with Arclogica providing architectural support during construction document production and the plan check process.

During construction, Arclogica was separately retained by the project lender to provide construction monitoring services, including review and approval of contractor pay applications, while James Goodman Architecture continued to provide construction administration services on behalf of the developer.

The completed facility is now open and operating as an Extra Space Storage location.
