Spectrum Center Towers

The twin business towers, located at 200 & 400 Spectrum Center are LEED Certified 21-story vertical campuses located in Orange County. Part of a larger community of businesses and retailers envisioned by The Irvine Company, each tower features over 425,000 square feet of leasable and shared indoor space, and unobstructed panoramic views.

 

The surrounding community, easily accessible by convenient public transit or on foot, offers 250+ shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, living spaces, as well as hike and bike trails. Construction was completed in only 20 months.
